Return & Exchange Policy

At DinhLe LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from lovegreatfinds.com. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
• To qualify, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging. Opening the box to inspect an item does not void your return.
• To start a return, email derek@lovegreatfinds.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Exchanges

• We replace items only when they arrive defective or damaged. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We do not offer general exchanges (for example, swapping one product for a different one). Please request a return and place a new order instead.

Return Shipping

• Standard returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, as we can only refund items we receive.
• Defective, damaged, or our error: we cover it. We will send a prepaid return label or ship a replacement at no charge.
• No restocking fee. Ever.
• In some cases we may approve a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back. If that applies to your order, we will tell you in writing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you the refund decision.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Return shipping costs are not refunded on standard returns.
